Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Callhaven AI ("Callhaven", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Callhaven provides a voice AI answering service that qualifies missed calls, books appointments, and notifies you of new leads. Voice AI call handling is metered in minutes per your selected plan.

Plans and billing

• Starter: $149/month, 200 included minutes, $0.25/minute overage.
• Growth: $299/month, 500 included minutes, $0.20/minute overage.
• Plans bill monthly in advance. Overage minutes are billed in arrears.
• Unused minutes do not roll over to the following billing period.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for configuring call forwarding correctly on your own phone line.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Voice AI responses depend on third-party telephony and AI providers outside our direct control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callhaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or missed leads arising from service interruptions or third-party provider failures.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or have inactive billing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
