Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and will not renew afterward.

Refunds

• Monthly base fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• Metered overage charges reflect voice AI minutes already used and are non-refundable.
• If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.

Plan changes

Upgrading or downgrading between Starter and Growth takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Included minutes do not carry over between plans.
